Executive Director
Traci Schabert is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the senior care industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in health care administration from Concordia University, St. Paul. Traci's extensive leadership skills span organizational development, human resources, sales and marketing, recruitment, training, outreach, billing, and caregiving. Her commitment to supporting seniors and their families is evident in every aspect of her work. Outside the office, Traci enjoys outdoor activities, crocheting, traveling, reading, antiquing, and cherishing time with her husband and four children.
Director of Nursing
With a career spanning 20 years, Jen Simco has dedicated herself to the healthcare industry, beginning as a CNA and advancing to become a registered nurse in December 2009 after earning her degree from St. Catherine University. Her extensive background includes case management, home care, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), transitional care units (TCU), and MDS/RAI, with supervisory roles across all these areas. Jen is deeply passionate about serving vulnerable populations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, playing volleyball, snowmobiling, and relishing summer weekends at the family cabin. Jen also has a love for cooking and gardening, making her home a place of warmth and creativity.
Director of Sales
I’m a compassionate leader dedicated to serving in elder and memory care. With 19 years of sales experience and a deep understanding of the emotional journey families face when placing a loved one in care, I excel in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. My expertise in marketing and communication ensures that every family feels supported and informed.
Dining Service Director
With over 30 years of experience in the food service industry, including restaurants and hotels, David Harrison brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at NorBella Senior Living. Having spent the last two years focused on senior dining, David finds great joy in connecting with residents and enhancing their dining experience. Outside of work, David enjoys life with his wife of 33 years, their three adult sons, a loyal German Shepherd, an Orange Tabby, and a serene garden pond filled with goldfish, frogs, and lily pads.

With over 15 years in the industry, my passion for creating joyful moments hasn’t wavered. I’m grateful every day to work in a beautiful environment surrounded by amazing people. Director of Maintenance
I bring a unique blend of experience to my role as Director of Maintenance, with 8 years of service in the US Army and nearly 27 years in the luxury automotive industry. My background includes roles in automotive technology, warranty billing, dispatching, and service consulting. I’ve been married for 31 years and am proud to be a father of three.
